  • Our other class type is a topic or lecture class. Topic classes include: "Vertical Slot Single Notes", "Bending I, II, III", "Breathing: Lessons I, II", "Tongue Blocking", "Beginning Jamming", "Country Harmonica", "Chugging", "12-Bar Blues", and many more.

  • View a List of Archived Class Videos (with descriptions).

  • Take a look at the current Schedule for Online Classes page.

  • "Tabs" (or Tablature) defined- Tabs are a simplified way to notate harmonica solos, harmonica parts, melodies and songs, without having to formally read music. Directly below is an example of our tab system. The "text tab" system is our default tab system for simple songs and harmonica parts where the timing is not included. Visit the Chromatic Harmonica Songs/Scales page for chromatic harmonica tab examples.

    The Harmonica Lessons.com tab system
    Harmonica Lessons.com "text tab" system.

  • Songs/Scales for Chromatic Harmonica- The song titles at the bottom of the list which are under the CHROMATIC HARMONICA heading are exclusively for chromatic harmonica. These tabs are written specifically for this type of harmonica; other types like diatonics, won't work. Chromatic harmonicas can be purchased through the Buy Harmonicas page at our Store.

  • Timing for the Tabs is not included- If you would like the complete music for piano (or guitar) with chords and timing included, you can visit our Store for song, tab, and "fake" books that include numerous artists and styles of music.

"I was getting pretty frustrated trying to learn the Harp alone when I came across your web site. I find it very clear and interesting. It's the next best thing to having a private teacher sitting with you!"
