Question on the metal on the harmonica

Hi- My son just received a harmonica as a gift. He loves it and wants to learn more about it. The problem is that he is allergic to the metal on it. I know it was very inexpensive and I am willing to buy him another one, but before I do I need to know if harmonicas come in different types of metal. I think this one might be made of nickel. Do they come in sterling silver? Any help would be appreciated!
