I'm about to buy one of these and am leaning toward the Chicago Blues material. I hate to ask you to choose but which would you recommend for an advanced beginner who is approaching the intermediate level. I like Barrets approach from what I've heard off his website but I haven't heard any of Portnoys stuff. I figure I'm going to be living and breathing this material for the next several years and I want to make sure I make the right choice.
