"Crossroads Sountrack: Willie Brown Blues"
 
   Does anyone have the tabs for the song in the movie Crossroads called Willie Brown Blues? I think it was played by Juke Logan. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have the tab, but if you find a sound file for it at iTunes or Amazon.com or Youtube, paste the link here, and I will tell you the key of the song which will make playing along and working out the tab much easier.

The song is in the key of "G" and he's playing in 2nd Position on a key of "C" diatonic. Have fun with it.

   Thanks Dave, Ive thought my c harp sounded close and Ive manged to pick out alot of the key riffs. THis is one of the main songs that inspired me to want to learn, so naturally after I played for about 3 months now I wanted to try to learn it. Appreciate the help.

No problem. I remember back when I started playing how difficult it was without the Internet and a developed ear to find keys of songs. I had to beg guitar player friends to key albums for me. When you're ready for a quick critique of your playing, give this a shot-

   I followed all the directions on the link for the critique. I had a cheesy little mic..so I hope its clear enough. If thers anyway you could possibly help me locate someone around or near savannah, ga that gives lessons I would be thankful, but until than Ill continue on here and keep doing my best. Im still in the early stages of learning, but I love it.
