That's how you hold the steering wheel while playing in the car...with your knees. And of course, you need the cup of coffee in the morning between the knees while driving while playing.... And a quick glance now and then at the Tab...This is all done usually after you've shaved while driving or put on your makeup if your a female player....At least that's how we do it here in California..... :-)
