Hey! I have they very same problem. I have 2 harmonicas - C and A. On C, the 2 hole is a problem, on A - 3.
This means practically the same sounds - F# on C harmonica hole 2 draw, G and F# on A hole 3 draw. So I think it can't be the harmonica's fault. I guess the only solution is - practise, practise a lot and even more.
