: No, your best bet in my opinion is to stick with the LO's. I do agree with you though that the sp 20's sound better when you are playing them, but if you record yourself playing both then listen you will not be able to tell the difference between the two. I know I've tried.
: With the LO's you can get the reed plates and they last much longer. I droped the sp 20's for good when one blew out on me in less than a week.

Those are the same holes that I always blow out but I don't throw them away. You can still practice over-blows on them and if you blow another reed, it didn't cost you anything. Consider it a junkyard. Pete
