Jake, you have a chromatic harmonica. Which is one of the most expensive, and hardest harmonicas to play. I've been playing for a 3 years and I'm still afraid of chromatics. The upside is that, unlike diatonics, you only need one to play every musical note, sharps and flats. Diatonics will only play notes tuned to a certain key and if you want other notes, you have to buy another harmonic tuned in a different key. Good luck!
