A lot of Cajun and Zydeco music is harmonically (chord changes and scales) similar to country music but with different rhythms and instrumentation. Learn the 2nd position 'country scale' which is found on this site in the Scales section and give it a go.

: Generally I'm generally a middling to fair blues player but I love Cajun music! I just bought myself and Hohner Echo and am trying to track down any tabs or education on Cajun or Zydeco harmonica.
