Cajun Harmonica Music and Tabs Where?

Generally I'm generally a middling to fair blues player but I love Cajun music! I just bought myself and Hohner Echo and am trying to track down any tabs or education on Cajun or Zydeco harmonica.

Anybody have any ideas? I would really appreciate it.
