I used to post here quite frequently, but it seems Bluzharper does a fine job fielding the questions that come around, and I doubt he needs a partner (or, more like assistant, haha) because of his outstanding display, (I must admit, I'd love to jam with him sometime...) but I must say this...

I see alot of questions about Lessons on the Message Board, and I think that it is very much a subjective issue, but I also think that for those of you who want lessons...well, you'd be much better off on your own, at least for the first year or so, getting a basic knowledge, because if a teacher says "draw on the 4th note" and you have to check which hole that is everytime, it's kinda pointless. Really, then, the teacher is more to teach you technique and style and skill, but not basic knowledge...the basic knowledge of the harp comes from EXPERIENCE, friends...

After about 2 months or so of aLOT of practice, you will probably be in a half-decent position to have a teacher...

This is just my 2 cents...
