I must admit "Players Pal" is a new one on me. A Special 20 is made in Germany, not China. Perhaps the person who gave you this kept the SP-20 and put in a Pocket Pal. If you started playing a few weeks ago keep the thing and use it for practice. Go for overblows and bends that will take care of it. Ive never heard of a starter set with a video and a Special 20. I used every cheap harp I could get my hands on when I started playing. Huang Starperformers were my favorites. A good harp at a good price. Good Luck to ya...
