Yes you can. Keep in mind tube amplification factors.
12AX7 = 100% amplification
12AT7 = 60%
12AY7 = 44%
12AU7 = 17%
I would leave the Reverb tubes alone, I would replace the Chinese tubes in it with New Old Stock tubes, aka NOS tubes, starting with the 6L6 power tubes. The 12AX pre amp tubes can be changed to give you more volume before feedback. The key here is to experiment. Tubes are sold all over the internet. Look for RCA, Jan Phillips, Motorola, ect avoid Fender brand tubes, they are just renamed Chinese or Russian tubes. The Russian tubes that are available seem harsh IMHO, I dont care for them. Replace the 6L6's with 6L6's the 12's you can use any that I listed above.
There's a ton of info on the net about tubes and tube amps, I highly recommend doing some research before making an investment. Check prices. Harmony Central has a great list of amp reviews from owners and users. Your amp is listed there. Tastes vary when it comes to sound, mics, and amps. What I may think sounds great might not be your cup of tea.
