: I: : good to hear you're getting something out of that book. I'm a novice. Play it for fun more than profit. I have been out busking and enjoyed the experience, even made a bit of money too. Yes there are many books on the market. I have acquired many and love finding more. The masters of the harp of yester-years didn't have the resources we have, we have it kinda easier than they had it. So i pick up instructionals and learn alot from others. And yes this site rocks. it was one of the first I came to when I connected to the net.

: : : What performers/players of harp do you like the most?

: I recently heard of Robert Bonfiglio and found his web site. Ordered Live at the Interlochen Arts Festival and he send me another CD Love Me Tender, and signed them. I was so happy!!!!!He also sent me a letter. Who do you like?

Hey Nate,
I enjoyed reading your post.
Robert Bonfiglio is an incredible musician who has taken the harmonica to new heights and into territories which have been ventured by few.
His producer, Tommy Cashman also produced recordings by Ann Murray and the late Jim Croce.
Mr.Bonfiglio has the distinction of being among the very few harmonicists to have a masters degree in music composition.
Wishing you success in your endeavors,
Patrick
