I love 16-hole harps. If you want to get a 16 holer I would recommend any of the Hering 64's or the Hohner 280.
If you want a 12 holer I would most definately go with the Hering Special 48.
Also note, with a Hering you will not have the problems playing low notes (particularly draw) that you will with a stock Hohner.
