Advice needed on practice routine

I am a jazz saxophonist who is learning to double on harp. On sax, I am experience in improv, and I am beginning to develop some chops on the harp. Can anyone help me design a practice schedule (or books, videos, etc.) so that I can get some more experience playing blues?
