If you are going to put it into a JT-30 body, it will fit, you will have trouble if you are using a Blues Blaster body with a volume pot. If you are using an old EltroVoice body, like the 605, the newer elements are too big. If you use an internal jack mount for your 1/4 guitar cord, it wont work. I put the new Green Bullet elements Shure sells into JT-30 bodies without a volume pot. I wire them for HI-Z, ground the shell, it makes a Great Mic. Best to you Bluz........
