Beginning Harpers....

Being one myself, I felt this could be of some use and a little bit of fun. And if all goes well, perhaps the start of a little creativity for all of us. Lets try this out....

I picked up my first Hohner C about a year ago and loved it. Never took a lesson, never surfed a site. Yet creativity was no stranger. I came up with this small ballad tune that kept my practice sharp. I'm yet t o play it for someone in it's entirty, but am itching for it's exposure. Not only is it a fun little tune, but it's also a great beginning number. Played note for note, straight harp style (I believe), it makes a great warm up piece for the beginning harper.

I figure with the help I've recieved from this site, I'm due for some payback. Here are the first few notes. Enjoy

Originally played on a 'C' harp.

4B(sust) 3B 4B 4D 4B(sust)
3B 4B 4D 5B 4D 4B(sust) 3B 4B 4D 4B(sust)

6B 5D 5B(sust) 5D 5B 5D 5B 4D 4B(sust)
3B 4B 4D 4B(sust) 3B 4B 4D 5B 4D 4B 3D 4B(sust)

Any feedback welcome.
Thanx for playing...
