First of all, the 2 draw and 3 blow ARE the same NOTE! That's why they sound the same. Because they're supposed to! A 10 hole diatonic harp has 19 different notes/tones. In regards to the 3 hole sounding different or not as good, I've never experienced that with any of my Lee Oskar harps, so it's hard to say...
