This site has some great info. Just click on the "Bending" link above. If you are using "U" blocking to play single notes rather than the whistle method or tounge blocking you will have great difficulty. Check out the "Single Notes" section on this web site if you need more info on that. Also, I think that you should try to focus your bending for now on the 4 hole draw and maybe the 6 hole draw. These, I think, are the easiest. Once you get those, move on the the other draw bends and then the blow bends. Differenct key harps also behave differently. I play Lee Oskars. When I was learing to bend I found the Bb was the easiest to bend. Once you get the hang of it, it really doesn't matter much which key you use. Good luck and have fun.
