This whole mail order fiasco points out a major problem I have with this site---it's insistance that we buy everything mail order. There are pros and cons to mail order--the pros being price and convenience. The drawback is the lack of professional experience and advice. I prefer to buy most of my stuff (not all) from my local music store. I get great service and peace of mind knowing I can talk to the guy who sold me my stuff. One thing's for sure, no one would walk into a store looking for a "C" harp and walk out thinking they had a "2nd G".
I love buying stuff online---IF I know exactly what I'm buying. If I have any doubt I go straight to the source--my local shop.
