Tombo verses Lee Oskar Harps

Is there any differance between "Lee Oskar by Tombo" Harmonicas and Harps that only have the "Tombo brand"??

Here in Australia the Lee Oskar sellss for about $10 ($5 US) extra than straight out Tombo Harps.
