I'm using the Jerry Portnoy course. It's great because the instructional is all on the CDs, so you don't need to keep flipping between CD and book. Portnoy also teaches you some really great-sounding techniques right from the first lesson, such as chord rhythm, so you're not simply parping along to 'Mary had a little lamb' on single notes for a month and trying to remember why you ever thought the harmonica would be cool... I'm really enjoying the Portnoy course, and I think that's a very important factor in making any progress.
