P.S. If this doesn't help, sometime saliva gets into the reeds and the may stick. You might try holding your harp under the faucet and running some warm water through it. Then tap the water out, in the palm of your hand on a paper towel or on your pant leg. Then blow / draw up and down all the notes on you harp to make sure they are not sticking.
If it is still stuck, you may need to preform open harp surgery.
