: These are my questions:

: 1. What does Riff mean? (Does not show in glossary)
: 2. What are Sound Files?
: 3. Should I immediately order music for beginners?
: 4. "use your fingers to hear a clear single note" t
: rick to get the sound in your head. What does
: this mean?

1. Riff, a group of notes, a run, a lick, several notes played in order.

2. Sound Files, just what the name says, musical files that can be downloaded or played.

3. This site is a great learning tool, it will give you a good foundation to build on, IMHO.

4. Place your fingers over the holes next to the one hole you want to hear. Blocking the holes to the right and left. Fingers on the comb, covering the holes.

Hope this helps you and Welcome to the best harp site for learning on the net...........bluz
