Great news. I don't have a problem with the cover plates, but evidently a number of people do, so this is good to know. Let us know in a month or so how they are working for you.

: I recently dropped off the covers of a couple Special 20s at the local plating shop. I had them chrome plated and they came out swell! So smooth and clean! Even the detail came out good. At $20 per harp it wasn't cheap. I figure over time, as I blow out reeds, when I get new harps I'll just swap the covers.
: Anyway, I know some of you like Specail 20s but don't like nickel plating. This is one alternative I have discovered.
