Do you think that the low harps are really easier to play? It seems to me that the lower harps require a great deal of air making them hard to play while the high ones are, as you said, difficult because of the shrillness. C seems to be the easiest since it's mix. Not too shrill but also not too requiring of too much air... Just a thought.
