You won't go far wrong with the ones recommended on this website. I'm a beginner and I'm finding Jon Gindick's book/CD 'Rock & Blues Harmonica' really helpful - for getting clearer single notes, putting together bluesy riffs, learning to bend, and understanding a bit about music theory. I also have the Jerry Portnoy Masterclass CDs and although I feel they're a bit advanced for me at the moment, they have already helped me in learning scales, by giving me guitar tracks to play along to and I've learnt a bit about tongue-blocking, so I'm having fun with those too. If you're a beginner, though, go for the Gindick.
