Practice a 10 minutes every day. Get the feel for the single note by squeezing you lips together with your fingers while you blow 3 or 4. Keep it up and you will get it. And it's not easy for a long time (several weeks at least). The instructions on this web site are very good; keep those single note instructions in from of you while you practice.
