An A harp is a good place to start. I think its great that you care about others feelings. Checkout J. Geils Band Whammer Jammer its in the key of E and he uses an A harp.Also Dave Matthews Bands, song, What would you Say. Most of the players I know have C A D G Bflat & F harps in the case when they go out to jam. Harps come and go, as a gift from someone special its a keepsake...Enjoy....
