Check out this site. For the most part, you're right. There an unavailable on 2 hole OB. If you OB 2 hole, you get a note that you cannot get by draw bend. Other notes can be obtained by bending if not by hitting the hole straight. Didn't check the rest of the harp.

: The material also says overblows are on holes 1,4,5, and 6; and overdraws are on holes 7,9, and 10. It also states that they raise the note UP in pitch as opposed to a bend.
: What am I missing? If you raise the blow note on holes 1,4,5 and 6, don't you have the same note as the draw bend on those holes? Same with the overdraws on holes 7, 9 and 10?
