:Isaac-the higher notes require less air pressure over the reeds to make them sound than the lower notes. The higher notes also need less change in the acoustic chamber ( your mouth ).
Breathing from your diaphragm is probably most important, next is delicacy w/ your tounge/mouth movements.
Remember, not all notes on the harp are going to bend, or bend to give you a usable note.
If you,re bending like you say after 2 weeks it sounds like you're on your way to kicking ass.
