2nd pos. on different key harmonicas

Just a quick stupid question. On a C harmonica, the cross position notes for G blues would include 2 draw, 3 draw/bend, 4 blow/draw/ 6 blow etc. If I was to play 2nd position on another keyed harmonica, would I use the same notes/holes?
