Sorry for replying so late, but I only found this site today. The first three notes after the trill in WJ are as follows:

9B from bent to natural (2 beats)
10B from natural to full bent (4 beats)
9B natural (1 beat)

That is all there is to it. Just do it and practice until you drop.... :-)
