Those are kind of hard to find. I had a link to some of the above songs bookmarked and now I can not find it. The link below can give you how to play "The River", if you wanna play the live version off of 1975-85 use an A, if you wanna play along with the album or if you have some bootlegs from previous concerts on those use a G.
On "Blood Brothers" use a D. On "This Hard Land" and "The Promised Land" use a G. On Atlantic City use a Bb. And on "Thunder Road" use an F or a C if you know the scales. You can use an A for "Thunder Road" off the XXPlugged Album. I hope this helps out some mainly if you know the keys you can pretty much figure the songs out. I know that Bruce plays Hohner Marine Band harps so that may help you out also. If you have any other questions drop me a line. Bruce is my all time favorite singer songwriter.
