I regret questioning the customer service abilities of Lee Oskar's company. It just so happens that when I came home today, I noticed a large envelope in the mail from Lee Oskar CO., inside was a whole bunch of free harmonica info, catalog, decals, photo's etc...
PLUS!, I check my messages, and have a long message from a female worker at Lee Oskar who appologized for not replying sooner and stating that they prefer to have "good 'ol conversations over the phone" instead of typing at a computer all day...

NOW I FEEL BAD:o(
