Its been a few years ago I e-mailed them. About a month later I received a signed photo of the man himself. Iam very pleased with the full set of LO harps I own. I have used them for gigging and have never had one blow out. I wish I could say that about the SP 20's Ive had. I love both harps, and will continue to buy them both as needed. Sorry to hear about your troubles. Lets hope it all comes together and they make it right...bluz
