I think they want you to spend your nickle to call them on the phone. If L.O. was really concerned about customer service they would have an 800 number. Two L.O. harps I bought last year had roughed up bottom cover plates in the lip contact area and the defect was very obvious. I "e" mailed them and they never answered so the bottom line is I have two unplayed harps and they won't get any more of my money. Harp waranty is kind of strange anyway. They sell an obiously defective harp and then expect the customer to pay extra money to send it back and get it replaced - Not in my book. I've also bought several Hohner Special 20's and had no problems - All were perfect.
