: Occasionally when I play hole 1 or 2 tongue blocking my mustache gets caught in the end of my LO. Ouch!!ANyone else have this happen? I've considered putting a little piece of tape at the end of the cover but that wouldn't look very nice. Only seems to happen on the left side when tongue blocking.

: One another note, is it practical to try and learn to tonge block out of the left side of your mouth? I have tried to do this and am ok for about three notes but becasue of muscle memory (i think) I switch back to the right side and am off 3 holes.

Hey Tony...
I have also experienced playing harmonicas that, when I least expected, reached out and pulled a moustache hair. I'd have shaved it off, but my wife seems to hate me more when I'm clean-shaven. "Ouch!!" best describes the results.
As for tongue blocking, I almost always block the holes to the left.
Wishing you success in your endeavors,
