When I just starting out I purchased a set of 6 Promasters because I liked the feel and the tone. My problem came when I stared getting into bending. They are much less responsive (especially on draw 2 & 3)than Special 20s that I started using since. The 20s just seem to bend without effort. If you don't mind engaging in mortal combat with a reed when trying to bend, they are nice harps. You can get them for much less than $50 if you search the web. If your a more advanced player or use a strong attack you might not mind.
