How to hold the damn thing?

Holding the harmonica? perhaps im just being dum, but from the holding tips on this brilliant page, i just cant work out how to do it!
Do i hold the harmonica in my left hand form the cup and then just use my right hands to touch a odd few notes?
I hope ive made myself clear, it certainly doesnt seem so does it?
