: Dear harp readers

: Thank you for all your input. All tips welcome

Hey Antonio...
Advice? What I have to share with you isn't advice. Some might consider it to be envy! It has been quite awhile since I've played with any horn players. Get with the right players and you can learn a lot and gain some valuable experience.
Bluzharper's answer to your post hit cyberspace before I had a chance to respond. As always, his advice is right on (and I think that he said it better than I could). He has the experience to back it up his advice.
Learn what you can from that gig if you get it. It seems like an opportunity that doesn't happen often. Around here in SE Georgia/NE Florida, there aren't many band prospects for a bass player and even less for a harmonica player.
I just thought of some last minute advice...Trade places with me and let me have that gig!
Good luck. I wish you success in your endeavors.
Patrick
