Okay folks... Listen up. I know this site is a godsend for those of you who are just starting out playing, and I know all of you are eager to play. However, there are too many of you who come to the site, click on the message board, and ask questions as if this message board were the entire site. It's not. There's more to this site than the message board. Take some time to navigate through the site and see what's available to you. There's a lot of stuff here, and there's a lot of stuff on the message board as well. Scroll through it, read postings and responses to postings. Ten to one you'll find the information you're looking for somewhere before you even think of a way of asking about it. I stress navigating this site because a lot of questions that are asked, have already been answered; A lot of things people are looking for, are already available. But as long as none of you take the time and look around, you will not find those answers or bits of information, and your query will be ignored. I don't want anyone to get discouraged becasue they can't get any response to thier question, and come away thinking you've asked a silly question that noone wants to answer. The only silly question is the question left unasked. You only need to know that the answers are probably here already and that you have to look for answers that you
want. I've seen two or three postings requestings songs and riffs, and yet only two have e-mailed me and requested any audio files I've offered to send. This is because noone is looking at the message board. There are dozens of links to sites that have midi files, lists of songs at this site, and on and on- Again, the question 'where' or 'how' appears, because noone searches through the site. I don't mean to sound
as though I'm 'scolding' anyone, but I'm just trying to get everyone to use the site for all it's worth. There's a lot here. Take the time to take advantage of it.
