I've run into the same problem. I love the way the 20ies play but they blow out way to fast for me. Just bought a Hohner Pro Harp and had the same problem. It only lasted about a week although I probablty put 20 hours on it in that time. Bite the bullet and get the Oskars. They still go bad but not nearly as quickly as the Hohners.
