I have made (extracted) the harmonica-track from a MIDI file I found on the Web. Take it and put it into the Harping program it will make a very readable Harmonica TAB for you. Get the program at www.harpingmidi.com A few places it shows a blow and a draw at the same time, but its only a few places so it shouldent be a problem, - figure out yourself what to play there.
I have also made a track of the whole song without Harmonica so you can play along and train yourself at kicking in on the right beat. I have also included the original Midi-file so you can hear how it sounds with Harmonica.

If anybody else is interestet in getting the midi files, just say when, and I will send it to you.
