best place to get tabs and harping program question

WHere is the most comprehensive collection of harp tabs? I am looking for Dylan especially.

ALso, I have been playing with teh harping program and often it shows a draw and a blow from the same hole at the same time -- impossible. Any suggestions to using Harping software?
