Save that Bb harp but buy a C. Most instructional books and CDs are written for C harp. Read through this entire site. Read the message board including the "archives".... you'll get 99% of your questions answered. As far as that Bb harp goes; check out Son Boy Williamson's "Help Me". I love that song.
