Are you talking about Doc Watson the bluegrass guitarist? If you are I don't think he ever recorded anything on the harmonica. If you have a recording of him or know that he played the harmonica somewhere, let me know where. I'd be interested in hearing it.

I do know that on one of Bill Monroe's albums where Doc Watson played on, Charlie McCoy played harmonica on the album. One of the few instances that harmonica has been used in bluegrass music, particularly in older styles of it. Take it from someone who has looked.
