Does anyone know of a way to get a good tube tone at lower volume? I know when I played guitar I was able to run a tube preamp headphone jack into a 6-12 cabinet and acheive this effect. I know that must sound ridiculous but it worked great. Does anyone know if maybe something like an Ibanez Tube Screamer would give me this effect?
