What is 15 hole harp? and Where to study about it?

I have a dilema what to buy: 2-sided or 1-side 15 holes harp from Yamaha. What are they??? How & Where to study use(play) such harp? Shoul I buy it or not?

Harpers!!!! PLEASE!!!! HELP!!!
I do not have any experience at any harp. HELP!!!
